This policy explains what personal data Halvard collects when you use wearhalvard.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone number, shipping address and the items you buy.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• On your device: your bag and favorites are stored in your browser (localStorage), and a cookie remembers your currency. These never leave your device unless you check out.
• Approximate country: our hosting provider tells us the country your connection comes from so we can show the right currency. We don't store it.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (transactional email) and the carriers that deliver your order.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use (your ARCO rights under Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, and equivalent rights under US state laws). Email us via the contact page and we'll respond within 20 business days.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, and no longer than necessary.
