Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made on wearhalvard.com ("Halvard", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) or Mexican pesos (MXN) depending on your location or the currency you select. Each product has a fixed price in each currency. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and, for orders in MXN, OXXO cash payments. An order is confirmed once payment is received. OXXO orders that are not paid before the voucher expires are cancelled automatically. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock; if that happens we will refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping page. Returns are governed by our Returns policy.

Sizing

Our garments use Asian sizing. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photos, logos and design — belongs to Halvard and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor in Mexico.
