We ship to Mexico and the United States. Every order is tracked.

Delivery times

• United States: 5–11 business days.
• Mexico: 14–20 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Times are estimates; customs checks or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Costs

• Free shipping on orders over $79 USD or $1,399 MXN.
• Below that, standard shipping is $6.99 USD or $129 MXN.

The shipping cost is shown in your bag and confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll look into it.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes charged by customs at delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
