Returns

If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached.
• Include your order number (it starts with HV-).

How to return

1. Email us via the contact page with your order number and the items you're returning.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the items back. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days. For OXXO payments, we'll ask for your bank details (CLABE) to send the refund.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered — in that case we cover it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order. Remember our sizing is Asian and fits small: we recommend ordering one size up.
